Marva Neal is a proud native of Beaufort, South Carolina, with a lifelong commitment to service and community leadership. She began her career in the United States Air Force, where she developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and dedication. Following her military service, Marva earned a degree in Early Childhood Education and Educational Administration from the University of South Carolina and two master’s degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Technology in Education from Lesley University. Throughout her 28-year career in education—culminating as an elementary school principal—she completed numerous professional development programs to strengthen her leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Marva’s deep roots in Beaufort and her passion for helping others led her to a new journey in real estate. As a real estate professional, she combines her extensive knowledge of the local community with her dedication to service to guide families and individuals through one of life’s most significant decisions: homeownership. She aims to help clients find the perfect home and neighborhood that aligns with their needs and lifestyle.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Marva is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Hilton Head Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. Through these organizations, she continues to serve and empower others across the Lowcountry.

In her personal time, Marva enjoys reading, exercising, shopping, traveling, photography, and spending quality time with her family.
